Le Flambeau Foundation , Inc – November 21, 2025
Congratulations to the week-5 winner of THE SPARK of Le Flambeau Fall 2025 All Ladies session! This is our final session for this class and for 2025. We’ve had a most engaging discussion with an impressive group of young ladies in Haiti. In the words of our group facilitator and English Teacher Grader Ms. Floyd…

“Thank you, ladies, for your efforts this week. You supported each other throughout the week, proving the point of the topic. Our final SPARK of the Week is our very own Zarad Alia! She talked about how young women can support each other by sharing experiences, offering mentorship, encouraging leadership, and standing together against unfair norms while respecting one another’s creativity. She recommended that they set clear goals, surround themselves with positivity, take risks, learn from mistakes, and strive daily to grow kinder and better! Zarad Alia stepped up her effort this week, and it was visible. Let’s congratulate her. We are proud of you!“
The discussion topic for this week focused on how can young women in Haiti support, encourage, and inspire each other to follow their dreams.
On behalf of the Le Flambeau Foundation , we join Ms. Floyd in congratulating Zarad Alia for being the “SPARK of the week” for this fifth and final week of our Fall 2025 session of THE SPARK of Le Flambeau. Bravo!
