Provided below are various articles announcing the opening of a library named in honor of a founding father of Le Flambeau Foundation – Senator Ambassador Émile Saint-Lot.   Many contributions have been made by Emile Saint-Lot including his role as a co-signatory of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

On March 17, 2022 Le Flambeau Foundation President, who is a son of Émile Saint-Lot, visited the office of the Consulate of Haiti in Orlando where the library is housed,  Mr. Jean St.Lot-Gervais extended his appreciation and congratulatory greetings to Consul Gaspard for his unveiling of Bibliothèque Émile Saint-Lot, a research library bearing the name of his father Émile Saint-Lot.  The library will serve to educate and enrich the knowledge base of Haitians and non-Haitians in the U.S. about the rich historical contribution of Haiti.
