On October 25th in Cap-Haïtien and surrounding communities in the North of Haiti, youth of all ages were introduced to the leadership lessons of role model author Ronnie Stallworth Sr.  Local book stores and libraries received a copy of his recently released book titled “Cracks in the Wall” as a donation from Le Flambeau Foundation , Inc.

Pictured here are students from Institute Emile St.Lot with their teachers who will be reading lessons from the book to the students throughout the year.  Included in the photo is the president of Le Flambeau Foundation , Mr. Jean St.Lot-Gervais, who is holding the book he donated to the forthcoming school library.

“The book tells the true story of an individual who was born into poverty, was blessed with a foundation of Respect, Principle, and Discipline which he gained from his father,  and who overcame all odds.  As noted by Mr. St.Lot-Gervais, “The life story of Mr. Stallworth Sr. is incredible and mirrors the youth in Haiti – where they are and where we can be.  I believe this book will be lifechanging for many in Haiti.”

“In life, we all face certain barriers to success. These barriers are walls that stand between us and our next level of growth. My father taught me that, if you look hard enough, you will see that there are always cracks (weak points) in the wall. The goal is to persist in finding those cracks in the wall and pressing our way through them.”    by Ronnie Stallworth Sr.
