Congratulations to the week-four winner of THE SPARK of LF Spring 2024 session! In the words of our English Grader Ms. Alexis (Floyd)..,
“I applaud you all for your efforts this week! The discussion was completely on fire and engaging. You should all be proud. Today for the first time this session, we will be recognizing not one, but TWO SPARKS of the week! These two individuals made the effort to show up and show out! They both took it up a notch and contributed to the discussion in a great way. Congratulations to Sabby Thelusma and Rogelie Fils-aimé!!”
The discussion topic focused on the role and impact of Fèt Gede, the Haitian festival honoring the spirits of the dead, on the Haitian culture.
