Le Flambeau Foundation ‘ s Scholar Danice Lefranc recently arrived in Miami from Haiti, launching his four year college journey in the U.S. He joins a family of Le Flambeau Foundation scholars who will make a positive difference for Haiti, impacting all members of our global community.

Danice’s journey started with a late Sunday night / Monday morning arrival in Miami and was then checked into his hotel room (photo in front of hotel with Danice and Le Flambeau Foundation president).
The next day Danice participated in a “Welcome to College and to the U.S”. orientation done in Miami and was then escorted to college by the Foundation’s president.
A new scholar joined our Le Flambeau Foundation family, his educational journey was launched. Another Dream emerged as a new Reality. The torch was again lit and is being passed forward. Congratulations to Danice and to all who played, and will play, a leading role in his future.
